Booking Your Holiday

To book any of our services, you need to contact an authorized representative of the Company and fill out the Company booking form. You also need to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking at the time of booking.

The remaining balance of your holiday must be paid at least 30 days before you depart. If we do not receive your payment by then, we may cancel your booking and keep your deposit. If you book less than 30 days before you depart, you need to pay the full amount when you book.

Please let us know if you have any special requests, such as dietary needs, on the booking form.

We will deliver the service as we have confirmed in writing with you.

General Reminder

This programme depends on the hotel rooms availability when we send you the quotation. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the rooms until you book them.

The hotels only accept confirmed bookings because they are often fully booked.

We will send you the final confirmation with the details of the hotels and the itinerary once you agree to our proposal. We will try to book the hotels we mentioned or similar ones if they are not available.

If the prices change because of different hotels, we will send you a new quotation.

Refund Policy

If the company accepts refund request those funds will be refunded to the payment-initiated media.
